Task force Catering Manager

About the role

We're hiring a remote Task Force Catering Manager for a Hilton-branded hotel in a major East Coast downtown market. The property has just under 300 rooms, six meeting rooms, and roughly 4,000 sq ft of event space.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full catering cycle remotely: inquiry, proposal, contract, BEO, and turnover
• Handle inbound convention center overflow, corporate, and social business
• Write and distribute BEOs, brief the on-site culinary and banquet teams
• Detail events end to end and keep the on-property team ahead of every change
• Report on pace, conversion, and catering revenue weekly

Requirements

• Hilton brand experience (required)
• Working knowledge of Delphi and Hilton systems
• Proven catering or event sales background in a full-service or select-service hotel
• Comfortable running a property you never physically set foot in
• Available to start on short notice

This is a remote, contract task force assignment with an immediate start.
