About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
• Maintaining guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Managing staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.

• Experience with property management systems is preferred.
