Targeting Officer

About the role
We are seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will identify targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations and produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Review specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
- Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
Requirements
- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required; candidates without this clearance will be disqualified)
- Typically requires a BA degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience, or a Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree)
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
- Prior experience supporting national security operations
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Pay
Pay Range: $92,300.00 – $166,850.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors considered include job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market data.
