Targeting Analyst, Team Lead (TS/SCI w/ Poly) with Security Clearance

About the Role

Praescient Analytics is seeking an entrepreneurial Targeting Analyst, Team Lead to provide expert-level analysis within the counterterrorism and counternarcotics domains. This role involves developing targets, analyzing formal reporting to generate actionable courses of action, and alerting the U.S. Government to emerging global threats. The ideal candidate will possess a technical "hunter" mindset and strong leadership skills to manage complex projects and mentor a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Target Development: Identify and vet targets through the exploitation, processing, and visualization of large, complex datasets.
• Rapid Assessment: Independently triage high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment to identify intelligence gaps and threat indicators.
• Project Management: Manage the operational health of ongoing projects, including budget reviews, schedule management, and status reporting.
• Operational Liaison: Serve as the bridge between project teams, line management, and the client to resolve issues and meet quality objectives.
• Strategic Communication: Craft and deliver a wide spectrum of analytic products that address national and global security concerns.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Experience & Education:
  • 12 years of experience with a BS/BA
  • 10 years of experience with an MS/MA
  • 16 years of experience with a High School Diploma
• Subject Matter Expertise: 10+ years in at least three of the following:
  • All-Source Analysis
  • HUMINT Targeting
  • Counterterrorism Operations
  • Counternarcotics Analysis
  • Intelligence Support to Law Enforcement
• Leadership: Proven experience mentoring junior targeteers or analysts and managing supervisory duties.
• Operational Flexibility: Experience with 24x7x365 operations and adaptability to dynamic customer requirements.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex information orally and in writing to senior stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 to $160,000.00 (annualized USD).
