All Source Intelligence Analyst, Team Lead (TS/SCI w/ Poly) with Security Clearance

About the role

The Mission Praescient Analytics is seeking a seasoned All-Source Intelligence Analyst Lead to spearhead the development, coordination, and delivery of high-level technical intelligence products. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring that national security partners receive the sophisticated briefings and specialized products they need to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Intelligence Production: Overseeing data visualization, statistical modeling, tradecraft evaluation, and information-sharing initiatives.
• Project Leadership: Managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as the primary liaison between project teams, line management, and the client.
• Operational Oversight: Reviewing project status and budgets, managing schedules, and developing status reports to ensure productivity and quality goals are met.
• Problem Solving: Developing mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervening strategically to resolve issues and meet client-satisfaction objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Fostering a collaborative environment by soliciting and incorporating feedback from executive leaders and interagency partners.

Requirements

• Security Clearance: Must possess an active, current TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (supervisory or management experience preferred).
• Education: BS/BA degree.
• Analytical Expertise: Proven background supporting national security objectives in operational or analytical roles, with a track record of fusing multi-source data to close intelligence gaps.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical information via oral briefings and written reports.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working across organizational silos to support whole-of-government activities.
• Leadership: Strong organizational and time management skills with the confidence to engage high-level partners professionally.

Qualifications

• Advanced Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, History, Business, or Intelligence).
• Team Development: Experience leading teams through the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, driving performance, and supporting professional growth.
