Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Targeting Analyst Senior to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program in Springfield, VA. Responsibilities
- Perform senior-level all-source, geospatial, and targeting analysis throughout the Joint Targeting Cycle in support of operational requirements
- Develop and maintain basic, intermediate, and advanced target materials in accordance with JP 3-60, CJCSI 3370.01D, and applicable mission guidance
- Apply the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence support to the Military Decision-Making Process
- Conduct target research, geospatial analysis, remote-sensing analysis, photogrammetric analysis, and collection support to produce actionable assessments
- Use GEOINT and targeting tools, including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, and ArcGIS, to exploit data and develop target intelligence products
- Identify intelligence gaps, recommend collection requirements, evaluate reporting, and update target development packages as new information becomes available
- Prepare and present high-quality target folders, intelligence assessments, written reports, graphics, and multimedia briefings
- Review products for accuracy, sourcing, analytic rigor, and compliance with applicable targeting standards, security requirements, and quality controls
- Coordinate with analysts, collection managers, planners, and mission partners to address complex operational targeting requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program and mission requirements
Education & Experience
- MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR
- BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR
- HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience
Clearance
Current/active TS/SCI security clearance w/ SSB
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle
- Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques
- Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
- Senior knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
- Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
- Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D
Core Competencies
- Senior level research and writing skills
- Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis
- Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development
Preferred Qualifications
- GPC-II Imagery Certification
- Experience with commercial visualization software
- Experience with MS Office suite of tools
- Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
- Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school

Physical Requirement
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
Pay
$88,642.00 - $103,642.00 USD per year
