Senior Targeting Analyst

CAGS program is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst located in Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• BS plus 10 years of Intelligence Experience OR MS plus 5 years of Intelligence experience OR Completion of Army (or Service Equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D; OR 35F/350F MOS specialty school plus 15 years of Intelligence experience.
• Relevant experience in remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, or all-source analysis.
• At least 5 years supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques.
• Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP.
• Expert level research and writing skills.
• Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
• Experience overseeing and executing target development standards as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
• Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• GPC-II Imagery Certification.
• Experience with commercial visualization software.
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums.
• Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position is $94,400 - $198,200. Final salary is influenced by factors including geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
