Responsibilities

• Actively adhere to the six core principles of trauma-informed care and promote a trauma-informed culture.
• Uphold Holly Hill’s principles and core values.
• Provide Targeted Case Management Services compliant with regulations set forth by the state of Kentucky.
• Manage a caseload of 25 referred clients and meet agency utilization requirements.
• Complete clinical paperwork within agency timelines.
• Actively participate in team meetings, staff meetings, and continuing education courses.
• Adhere to ethical standards of professionalism, including maintaining confidentiality of each client and their family in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.
• Prioritize client care, focusing on delivering quality care for clients.
• Seek to fulfill Holly Hill’s mission by providing quality services to clients served.
• Participate in Holly Hill’s Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field with one year of relevant experience.
• Must meet Medicaid requirement for Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or BHP under supervision.
• General knowledge of mental health diagnoses and community resources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage time and be flexible.
• Ability to provide treatment services while maintaining clear, professional boundaries.
• Must be able to drive an automobile; local travel required for this position.
• Current/valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or families in a mental health setting.

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
• Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, copier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
• Normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
• Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Some exposure to chemicals and solvents.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and carry out decisions and tasks.
• Ability to handle and resolve problems and make effective decisions.
• Effective communication with others in a professional manner.
• Public contact and good interpersonal skills.
• Mental adaptability and flexibility in dealing with a variety of people.
