About the role

We are Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner, helping clients transform their workforce through leadership, talent, operating models, and change solutions. This role involves leading workforce transformation efforts across talent functions, designing AI-enabled solutions, and integrating AI into workforce, talent, and organizational solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for an AI-enabled future.
  • Design innovative workforce and talent solutions for AI integration across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
  • Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
  • Led strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis, workforce scenario modeling, talent strategy development, skills assessments, organizational design, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, workforce planning models, and workforce transformation roadmaps.
  • Leverage Talent Intelligence and Skills Technology platforms to generate workforce insights and enable skills-driven talent strategies.
  • Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to build the capabilities needed to adopt AI and sustain workforce evolution.
  • Support the creation of dynamic employee experiences, blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
  • Drive change initiatives enabling organizations to adopt and sustain workforce and talent innovations.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including crafting proposals, developing thought leadership, supporting client relationships, and expanding the practice’s capabilities.
  • Lead internal initiatives focused on market research, workforce trends, AI innovation, talent intelligence, and capability building.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful workforce transformation projects.
  • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with workforce intelligence, labor market analytics, talent intelligence, or skills technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
