What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with staff and leaders to understand our culture, projects, and talent.
- Utilize that knowledge in supporting recruiting activities, employee engagement, and employee retention.
- Post and track open positions/requisitions on company website and various sourcing outlets in accordance with our branding guidelines and established budget.
- Act as a positive point of contact and brand ambassador, promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Screens candidate resumes and job applications in ATS (JazzHR) as directed.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes by comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Coverage the logistics of candidate presentation, scheduling interviews and providing background information to key stakeholders, follow-up feedback and checking references.
- Monitor and apply HR best practices for process consistency, ensuring recruiting and onboarding is consistently executed so nothing gets dropped.
- Engage with staff/hiring managers as needed to keep the process moving in a positive, productive manner. Respond to candidates with follow up emails at the end of the recruiting process.
- Develop and update job postings and job descriptions as directed.
- Coordinate onboarding program; prepare and update new hire material.
- Coordinate events to facilitate inclusion and engagement.
- Be available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and collaborate with administrative staff across the firm to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Your Qualifications
- 2 years’ proven work experience supporting recruiting and hiring activities.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (HRIS).
- 2 years' experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR disciplines preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements as they relate to recruiting and hiring preferred.
- Experience in professional services firms preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions.
