Talent Sourcing Partner

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner to join our dynamic Global Sourcing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building talent pipelines and delivering sourcing strategies to support hiring across North America, focused on professional services and consulting roles.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques, social platforms, and talent communities.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency, candidate matching, and market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles across North America.
• Screens candidates for qualifications and cultural fit prior to submission.
• Track and report sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other sourcing platforms.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of professional services or consulting roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience sourcing for consulting, energy, or technical roles.
• Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management.
