A Day In The Life
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across the organization, leveraging a wide range of tools and techniques including Boolean search, social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Continuously refine sourcing processes to drive efficiency and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Proactively engage passive talent through creative, personalized outreach while building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing company values and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Screens and evaluates candidates to determine role fit, providing clear, concise summaries and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
Conducts market research and analyzes sourcing data to uncover insights on talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence, using these findings to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.
Works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and sourcing approaches while building strong, trusted relationships.
Tracks key sourcing metrics, delivering regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders on sourcing performance and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years corporate or RPO experience delivering talent sourcing strategies for a variety of positions
Prior experience sourcing candidates for technology-focused roles is highly preferred
Proven track record of being results-oriented, resourceful, and innovative, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and embrace risks
Experience creating/maintaining talent pools for current and potential openings
Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Understanding of data analysis and metrics and providing actionable insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Talent sourcing certifications preferred (i.e. AIRS®, Sourcing Certifications, SourceCon Academy)
