Talent Sourcer (Freelance)

Accountabilities

• Identify, engage, and present qualified candidates
• Create reliable talent pipelines
• Evaluate candidate availability, motivation, and interest
• Obtain valid Right to Represent (RTR) authorization
• Maintain accurate sourcing records
• Submit qualified candidates through the designated partner portal
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and alignment with job requirements
• Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proactive recruitment professional with strong sourcing abilities
• Experience sourcing candidates across one or more industries
• Strong Boolean search skills and experience with advanced sourcing techniques
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar talent sourcing platforms
• Ability to quickly identify high-quality candidates and assess their suitability for open roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, Internet Research Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Technical Sourcer is highly valued
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment
• Strong understanding of candidate engagement and recruitment best practices
