Key Responsibilities
- Market Mapping: Research and identify target talent pools for priority roles in close partnership with the Pulley team.
- Prospecting & List Building: Creatively build targeted prospect lists and identify best-fit talent for open roles.
- Sourcing Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels to engage passive talent.
- Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest before moving qualified candidates to next stages.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in sourcing and talent research — ideally at a startup or fast-moving team.
- Creative and resourceful in finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent.
- Organized and self-motivated — you know how to hit volume goals without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear, compelling outreach.
- Comfortable using recruiting technology to manage the sourcing and screening processes.
