About the Role

As a Sourcer, you will provide leverage to the senior members of Keystone’s Talent Acquisition team by owning several key openings across our client-facing and corporate functions. You will evaluate all inbound applicants, source passive candidates, and tap into the personal networks of our existing staff to develop a rich pool of talent. This is a contract position based in Washington, D.C. or New York City with the possibility to convert to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sourcing strategy for each assigned role
• Send weekly progress reports
• Own candidates through the technical screen stage to scheduling the final interview loop
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to deliver exceptional candidate management and maintain ATS hygiene
• Handle outreach, initial screening, and scheduling of candidate interviews

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of experience as a sourcing recruiter in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the professional services industry
• Strong storytelling ability to engage high-quality candidates
• Ability to iterate sourcing approaches based on feedback and evidence
• Strategic and pragmatic approach to assessing talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional judgment and attention to detail
• Experience analyzing recruiting data to spot trends
• Positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior agency experience supporting senior recruiters
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $75–$100 USD
