Talent & People Lead for an E-commerce Brand (US-Based/Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent & People Lead to own the entire people function for a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting, build scalable hiring systems, improve people operations, and help create a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and leverages AI to work smarter.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring lifecycle across all open roles.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates from application to offer.
• Build and improve recruiting processes, SOPs, and hiring infrastructure.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent across creative, marketing, and operations.
• Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Support people operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Implement AI tools and automation to improve recruiting and HR workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience at a fast-growing DTC ecommerce company.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Experience building hiring processes and systems from scratch.
• Able to manage 5-10 active roles at once.
• Strong interviewing, organizational, and communication skills.
• AI-native, with experience using AI tools to improve recruiting and operational efficiency.
