Overview

The Talent Partner supports the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire top talent across various departments. They partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, post job openings, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers to determine position requirements and candidate competencies.
  • Sources, screens, and engages qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals, and networking.
  • Reviews resumes, conducts initial phone screens, and coordinates interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Proposes and implements innovative ways to improve recruiting processes.
  • Acts as advisor and partner to hiring managers and provides recommendations in the selection process as necessary.
  • Negotiates job offers with candidates while partnering with the Compensation Analyst to maintain internal equity within the organization.
  • Owes student recruitment programs by maintaining partnerships and coordinating events with educational institutions.
  • Attends Business Unit Meetings to stay informed on current and future needs of organization.
  • PARTNERS WITH OUTSIDE RECRUITING AGENCIES TO FILL COMPLEX OPEN REQUISITIONS.
  • Owns student recruitment programs by maintaining partnerships and coordinating events with educational institutions.
  • Partners with outside recruiting agencies to fill complex open requisitions.
  • Maintains high levels of communication with internal customers and external candidates.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment and familiarity with employment laws/regulations.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent engagement strategies is a plus.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • 2+ years of experience using ATS platforms, Workday preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and Docs.
