Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for Vitae Health Systems' clinical and corporate teams. This role owns the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles — including Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Podiatrists, and Corporate positions — from sourcing and outreach through offer and close. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships with passive talent, moves quickly as priorities shift, and wants to help scale a growing healthcare organization. Requirements What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clinical and corporate requisitions, from intake through offer and closeProactively source and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and other sourcing platformsRecruit across a range of roles, including Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Podiatrists, and Corporate positionsBuild and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization's continued growthPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, adjusting sourcing strategy as business needs shiftScreen, interview, and assess candidates for both qualification and cultural fitGuide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboardingTrack and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to inform hiring strategySupport employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to strengthen Vitae's presence with prospective candidatesDevelop and nurture relationships with schools, training programs, and professional associations to build long-term talent pipelinesStay current on healthcare recruiting trends, licensure requirements, and market conditions across all roles supported What We're Looking For Required:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally supporting multiple roles or departments simultaneouslyStrong sourcing skills, with the ability to generate interest from passive candidatesFamiliarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart SourcingHealthcare industry recruiting experienceAbility to react quickly to shifting priorities and align efforts to the dynamic needs of a growing businessStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at onceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDiscretion and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and business informationBachelor's degree requiredAbility to work on-site at our Park Ridge, IL corporate office at least once a week Preferred (not required):Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, or PodiatristsExperience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiativesExperience building relationships with schools, universities, or training programs to develop talent pipelines BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From HomeFree Food & SnacksWellness Resources
