Human Resources$70k–$80k/yrFull-time

About the role

The Talent Operations Partner serves as the execution arm of Talent strategy, translating direction from the Talent Operations Director into concrete processes, resources, and hands-on support. This role delivers consistency and scalability across the Talent function — leading in-person training, onboarding, and orientation, while supporting recruiting for administrative positions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic direction from the Talent Operations Director into concrete processes, resources, and operational tools
  • Lead hands-on training of team members, ensuring new and existing staff have the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles
  • Host new hire orientation, delivering a consistent, engaging first-day and first-week experience across the organization
  • Build supporting resources for role-specific frameworks (e.g., onboarding guides for a given position), preparing them for successful rollout once approved
  • Standardize Talent processes across departments and locations to drive consistency and reduce variability in execution
  • Support compliance by ensuring training and onboarding practices align with company policy and applicable employment regulations
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to implement Talent tools and resources, gathering feedback to refine them over time
  • Recruit for administrative positions as needed, while maintaining primary focus on training, onboarding, and operational execution

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations, with a track record of delivering hands-on training, onboarding, or orientation programs
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train employees at all levels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to translate high-level strategic direction into practical, repeatable processes and hands-on execution
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over training quality and consistency
  • Comfortable operating in a support/execution capacity, partnering closely with leadership rather than driving independent strategic decisions
  • Prior recruiting experience a plus; experience in home care, healthcare, or a multi-site/branch services organization a plus

Requirements

  • Proactive, solution-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
  • Values innovation, efficiency, and streamlined processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with accurate record-keeping and documentation
  • Strong project management skills — strategic, organized, and intuitive
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven, with proven time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exercises sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with a variety of software and devices
  • Warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong commitment to compliance, including knowledge of HIPAA best practices for handling PHI
  • Administrative experience in a related specialty such as accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, sales, marketing, business development, staffing, recruiting, care coordination, compliance, office or business management, human resources, or operations
  • Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • 100% Company-Paid Dental Insurance and Vision Insurance
  • 100% Company-Paid $25,000 Life Insurance Policy
  • 100% Company-Paid Employee Assistance Program — including mental health counseling sessions, financial coaching, provider referrals, and childcare resources — available 24/7
  • Customizable Health Insurance Plans: Up to 100% Company Contribution to plan premium for Employee, PLUS additional contribution for Dependents as needed
  • 401(k) Retirement Program — with Employer Match
  • Professional Development — ongoing education, wraparound support, and leadership coaching
  • A Next-Level, Comprehensive Training and Orientation Week
