Talent Operations Coordinator
Overview
This role supports onsite recruitment and onboarding operations for a fast-paced business group. Work includes coordinating candidate visits, preparing new-hire workspaces, and ensuring a smooth, professional onsite experience.
Responsibilities
- Host candidates onsite and support interview logistics.
- Cook up workspace setups for new hires (including lifting 30–40 lbs).
- Conduct office or campus tours.
- Manage scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks tied to interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback.
- Provide professional, high-visibility representation during candidate interactions.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or administrative support.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
- Strong professional presence and communication skills.
- Experience with candidate-facing or high-touch operational work.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack or similar).
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting 30–40 lbs, workspace setup, walking tours).
- Reliable follow-through and strong organizational skills.

Interview Process
One to two rounds. Candidates should be ready to discuss past onsite support and recruiting operations experience.
Typical Day
- Hosting candidates and supporting interviews.

- Handling daily administrative tasks and onsite operational needs.
