Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support global hiring activities, offering guidance, coaching, and best practices to the recruiting team.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement through standardized processes and communication.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
- Develop workforce planning tools for forecasting and prioritizing talent requirements.
- Support governance of contractor engagement, onboarding standardization, and HR operations across regions.
- Analyze talent data, develop reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and leverage HR technology tools.
- Coach and develop the recruiting team, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
- At least 8 years in talent acquisition and management, with 2 years in leadership.
- Experience in global or multi-country hiring environments and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, automation, and analytics platforms; fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.
