About the role
As a Talent Manager at M3, you'll serve as a true business partner, influencing workforce planning, people decisions, and organizational direction through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of M3's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Own M3's Corporate Onboarding Program, driving its continuous evolution and partnering with leaders across the organization
- Lead retention strategy and change initiatives that go beyond hiring
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, bringing a consultative, strategic lens to every search
- Align talent to business growth, serving as an early-stage business partner to leadership and connecting talent strategy to M3's broader organizational goals and future workforce needs
- Elevate the Talent team through thought leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance that raises the bar for talent acquisition across M3
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.B.A.) in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of broad human resources experience spanning multiple HR disciplines — talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, and/or organizational development
- Demonstrated experience leading HR strategy, change initiatives, or organizational programs — not just executing on them
- Strong consulting and relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate pipeline management
- Ability to analyze compensation data and support equitable, informed hiring decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
