Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Management: Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists responsible for pre-employment processing and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of background checks, employment verification, I-9 compliance, and onboarding documentation.
  • Establish service standards and performance expectations for onboarding processes.
  • Maintain onboarding effectiveness and implement improvements to increase new hire engagement and retention.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive onboarding experience for all new associates.
  • Talent Acquisition Operations: Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of the talent acquisition function.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify process improvements and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives and hiring strategies across corporate and property operations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with job board providers and recruitment advertising partners.
  • Develop and manage job advertising budgets to optimize recruitment marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Leadership experience: 2+ years of leadership experience managing HR or recruiting teams.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking systems; strong understanding of recruiting operations, onboarding processes, and HR compliance requirements; excellent project management and organizational skills; strong analytical skills with experience utilizing HR and recruiting metrics; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms, preferably UKG; strong Excel skills with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and use functions such as VLOOKUP and formulas.
