Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temporary/contract, and project-based hiring engagements.
- Create and implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Cook up and coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate, client, and activity records within the firm's ATS and CRM systems.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Executive Search Support:
- Support senior consultants and executive search leaders on retained, contained, and confidential executive-level searches.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification efforts.
- Aid in candidate outreach, screening, and assessment activities.
- Prepare candidate presentations, search updates, client reports, and search documentation.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and executive-level candidate coordination.
- Aid in search strategy meetings, intake sessions, and client communications as needed.
- Recruiting Operations & Internal Project Support:
- Support recurring business reporting, recruiting metrics, and dashboard updates.
- Aid in documentation, process improvements, training materials, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Cook up internal meetings, project plans, and cross-functional communications.
- Participate in special projects supporting recruiting operations, process optimization, and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruiting, sourcing, sales, and operational leaders to support overall team objectives.
- Collaboration & Business Development Support:
- Partner with colleagues across Talent Solutions, Search, Staffing, and RPO teams on shared initiatives.
- Support business development efforts through candidate market intelligence, talent insights, and networking activities.
- Represent the organization professionally in client interactions, industry events, networking functions, and recruiting communities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on client service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience; agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across professional, managerial, and/or executive-level roles.
- Exposure to direct hire, temporary/contract staffing, executive search, or RPO environments preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and eager to learn new recruiting disciplines and business functions.
