Responsibilities
- Develop career development pathways aligned with organizational needs
- Coordinate learning programs with trainers, schedules, and resources
- Track participation and effectiveness of training and development initiatives
- Implement post-learning feedback and analyze evaluation scores
- Communicate performance review cycles and timelines to employees
- Manage performance review processes including goal setting and feedback documentation
- Support managers with performance improvement plans and coaching for underperforming employees
- Administer engagement surveys covering career growth, leadership, communication, and well-being
- Analyze engagement and well-being data to identify trends and recommend actions
- Execute employee engagement initiatives including well-being workshops and work-life blend opportunities
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen employee commitment
- Maintain HR knowledge resources including policies, documents, and communication kits
- Ensure alignment of policies with organizational culture, values, and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or any related field
- At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on engagement, performance management, learning, or corporate communication
- Knowledge of succession planning and career development
- Experience working with HR information systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills for employee engagement and corporate messaging
- Analytical ability to interpret survey data, performance metrics, and training outcomes
- Experience in handling employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Problem-solving skills to address performance challenges and recommend solutions
- Attention to detail in managing performance cycles and documentation
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee growth and organizational success
