Responsibilities

  • Execute the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • Facilitate training sessions throughout performance management cycles to support leaders during various stages of the performance cycle.
  • Provide reporting and updates as needed/ requested for the performance management cycle.
  • Support talent development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to refine performance management processes.
  • Analyze organizational data and metrics to inform recommendations towards improving culture and performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and teams to help them achieve their development goals and overcome challenges.
  • Support with internal communications efforts, including drafting communications, updating myNouria, or supporting with other talent management activities as requested.

Qualifications

  • Experience in performance management and coaching.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.
