Responsibilities
- Execute the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Facilitate training sessions throughout performance management cycles to support leaders during various stages of the performance cycle.
- Provide reporting and updates as needed/ requested for the performance management cycle.
- Support talent development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to refine performance management processes.
- Analyze organizational data and metrics to inform recommendations towards improving culture and performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and teams to help them achieve their development goals and overcome challenges.
- Support with internal communications efforts, including drafting communications, updating myNouria, or supporting with other talent management activities as requested.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance management and coaching.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.
