Key Responsibilities
- Create effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs and align with business goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
- Work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and competencies required.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Supervise and mentor recruiting personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and supervision, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS),
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media platforms.
Work Environment
The role is in an office setting. Some travel will be required for job fairs, college and recruitment events.
