Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the delivery of early careers programmes (graduates, apprentices, interns)
  • Build relationships with universities and training providers
  • Create a positive and inclusive candidate experience
  • Contribute to workforce planning and future talent pipelines
  • Support the development of career frameworks and progression pathways
  • Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and career development activities
  • Aid in leadership development programmes, including facilitating sessions
  • Support talent reviews and 9-box grid processes
  • Identify high-potential talent and track development plans
  • Support succession planning activities
  • Support the implementation of modern performance management practices
  • Analyse engagement and retention trends
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the employee experience
  • Support employer branding activity within early-career and technical markets
  • Aid in social media, events, and recruitment campaigns
  • Represent Salute at careers fairs and industry events

Qualifications

  • Experience or exposure to Talent Management, ideally in tech, engineering, or infrastructure environments
  • Experience supporting leadership or talent development activities, workforce planning, or early careers
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings and engaging stakeholders, while also being hands-on with coordination and administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, global environment
