- Owning full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer, close and onboarding handoff
- Partnering with business leaders to evaluate talent needs, define role scope, success profile, hiring strategy and candidate assessment approach
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify, engage and cultivate high-quality talent aligned to business needs
- Leading structured candidate assessments, evaluating qualifications, experience, leadership alignment and role fit
- Advising leaders on talent market conditions, compensation positioning, candidate assessment and hiring best practices
- Making informed recommendations to leaders on candidate selection, offer approach and closing strategy
- Creating an elevated candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up and a strong representation of the RH brand
- Driving recruiting momentum across all stages of the process, removing obstacles and influencing stakeholders toward timely, high-quality hiring decisions
- Leading offer strategy, negotiation and candidate close in partnership with leaders and People Team partners
- Tracking and managing recruiting outcomes, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, pipeline health and successful close rates
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, multi-unit, retail, hospitality, design or luxury brand environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business leaders to define talent needs and deliver strong hiring outcomes
- Strong sourcing capability with experience building pipelines for both active and passive talent
- Proven experience assessing candidates through structured interviews, role alignment and behavioral evaluation
- Experience advising leaders on recruiting strategy, candidate assessment, market conditions and offer recommendations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, leaders and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and the capacity to manage multiple searches with urgency and precision
- Sound judgment and discretion when navigating sensitive candidate, compensation and stakeholder conversations
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high expectations for quality and execution
- Strong technical proficiency across applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms and recruiting tools
- Commitment to delivering a thoughtful, elevated experience for candidates and internal partners
