We are looking for a dynamic Talent leader to join us as we stand up a best in class HR function to support Rocketdyne’s dynamic growth. This is an operator and builder role, ideal for a strategic thinker who embraces ambiguity as an opportunity as opposed to an obstacle. The Manager, Talent Enablement is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing and executing integrated talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability and drive business performance. This leader shapes innovative talent practices aligned with business priorities while fostering a culture of continuous growth, development, and employee success. More Specifically, This Role Will Implement talent management programs that support business objectives and organizational growth. Lead enterprise talent review and succession planning for critical roles. Partner with business leaders and HR toidentifytalent needs and address capability gaps. Establish and evolve the enterprise skills framework, including taxonomy, governance, and role alignment. Design and deploy leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and high-potential initiatives. Define and administer the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration. Analyze talent data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Lead change management efforts for talent initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement and adoption. Lead onboarding and assimilation programs to accelerate employee integration and productivity. Manage vendor relationships to deliver effective talent and learning solutions within budget. Develop career pathing and internal mobility programs to support employee growth and retention. Track and report on talent program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on data and feedback. Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure consistent talent practices across business units. Influence stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and measurable impact. Benchmark best practices and continuously enhance talent strategies and programs. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including enterprise-wide program leadership. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Organizational Development, or related field. Demonstratedexpertisein performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning. Proven success designing and scaling talent programs that deliver measurable business results. Strong ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions. Skilled consultant with the ability to solve complex business challenges. Proficient in using data and workforce analytics to drive strategy and decision-making. Working knowledge of HR technologies and talent management solutions. Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Additional Skills Experience within A&D industry
