Talent Brand Project Manager
About the role
This role is based in our San Francisco office. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change— we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Talent Brand Strategy & Storytelling Lead to bring Atoms’ talent brand strategy to life across recruiting, candidate experience, employee enablement, events, content, and campaigns.
- Own the operating system for talent brand execution, including project plans, timelines, workflows, stakeholders, approvals, launch plans, reporting, and follow-through.
- Manage the recruiting and employee Enablement Hub, ensuring recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and employees have access to the right talk tracks, collateral, FAQs, pitch materials, and company narratives.
- Coordinate sourcing and interview-stage candidate communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, on-brand, and tailored to each stage of the candidate journey.
- Support targeted talent campaigns, engineering networks, smart advertising, external speaking engagements, conference activations, community-building, and other non-traditional recruiting channels.
- Plan and run live enablement sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and employees so teams can confidently represent Atoms in the talent market.
- Own the operational design of candidate touchpoints across the interview lifecycle, including closing moments, curated follow-ups, onsite experience, internal events, and high-touch candidate experiences.
- Track execution, adoption, and impact across talent brand programs, helping the team understand what is working, where candidates are engaging, and where the experience needs to improve.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of program/project management experience, ideally spanning People, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing stakeholders and deadlines
- Event management experience; coordinating small to large scale activations across internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of the recruiting funnel and how employer brand influences candidate conversion
- Experience partnering with creative or content teams—comfortable adding structure to open-ended work without slowing it down
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Marketing, Design, People, and hiring managers
- Excellent written communication; able to draft briefs, status updates, and contribute to content when needed
- Proficiency with project tracking tools
- A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity
