About the Opportunity:The TALENT AND PEOPLE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST role focuses on managing full-cycle recruiting and enhancing the employee experience within People Operations. This position ensures effective hiring processes, smooth onboarding, and adapts to shifting organizational priorities by supporting various People Ops functions. The role is central to attracting great talent and maintaining efficient systems that support employees from hiring through their early tenure. Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and overseeing applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).Develop interview and screening criteria emphasizing candidates' ability to work alongside AI and adaptability.Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a welcoming and educational experience.Support People Ops priorities during lower recruiting volume, including automating workflows, supporting AI fluency programs, planning employee events, maintaining HR systems, administering engagement surveys, and managing internal communications. Requirements:Over 3 years of combined recruiting and HR experience with independent full-cycle recruiting.Ability to handle multiple searches and shifting priorities accurately.Experience managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized candidate data.Detail-oriented with accurate documentation under fast-paced conditions.Proficient in using AI tools in work and assessing candidates' AI fluency and adaptability.
