Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including technical, operational, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring plans, and candidate selection criteria.
• Source and engage candidates proactively while maintaining strong talent pipelines.
• Oversee ATS accuracy, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, compliance documentation, and provide general HR administrative support.
• Assist in improving recruiting workflows and People Operations processes as the company scales.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects WeBox’s values and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Required 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related roles.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and interview skills.
• Hightly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR systems.
• Strong ownership mentality with ability to work independently.
• Experience in People Operations or HR Generalist work.
• Knowledge of CA labor law and basic HR compliance.
• Employer branding, content creation, or event coordination skills.

The base salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
