Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including technical, operational, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring plans, and candidate selection criteria.
- Source and engage candidates proactively while maintaining strong talent pipelines.
- Oversee ATS accuracy, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, compliance documentation, and provide general HR administrative support.
- Assist in improving recruiting workflows and People Operations processes as the company scales.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects WeBox’s values and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Required 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related roles.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and interview skills.
- Hightly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR systems.
- Strong ownership mentality with ability to work independently.
- Experience in People Operations or HR Generalist work.
- Knowledge of CA labor law and basic HR compliance.
- Employer branding, content creation, or event coordination skills.
