About the Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruiting operations and coordinating the interview process. This position ensures the recruitment workflow is organized and efficient, enabling recruiters to concentrate on sourcing and engaging legal professionals. The role also involves administering the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Cook up interviews following recruiter phone screens through final interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Prepare, revise, and distribute offer letters.
- Cook up pre-employment activities, including background checks and HR handoffs.
- Create, post, update, and close job requisitions.
- Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and resources.
- Ensure accuracy of candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain the ATS by updating requisitions, candidate records, templates, and workflows.
- Perform audits to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Aid in ATS updates, reporting requests, and system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and recruiting workflows.
- Conduct talent market research using legal directories, bar associations, and professional organizations.
- Cook on recruiting projects, initiatives, and process improvements including SOPs.
- Maintain recruiting playbooks, templates, and procedures.
- Aid in the implementation of new recruiting programs and tools.
- Identify ways to enhance recruiter efficiency and the candidate experience.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, or recruiting coordination.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PREFERRED experience in professional services or legal recruiting.
- PREFERRED experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and online research.
- PREFERRED familiarity with legal directories and bar associations.
- Professional communication skills and ability to interact across organizational levels.
- PROACTIVE, detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to learn new technology.
- ABILITY to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- FLEXIBILITY to respond to shifting priorities and work evenings or weekends as needed.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
