About the Role

Join our Talent Analytics team within the Talent Technology Center of Excellence. Here, you will be instrumental in leveraging predictive analytics to transform how we understand and manage talent across the organization. As a Senior Analyst, you will handle technical analysis and data modeling while shaping the future of our analytics capabilities by spearheading projects that forecast trends and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage HR systems and database tools to develop and deliver ad-hoc, recurring, and on-demand/self-service analysis solutions.
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards or craft visualizations for stakeholder presentations using Power BI.
  • Contribute to predictive models using machine learning and natural language processing techniques to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Generate proactive insights by breaking down complex concepts and communicating data-driven stories to the business.
  • Design, estimate, and execute analysis plans based on stakeholder requirements, leading multiple strategic projects with measurable business impact.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge analytics tools in collaboration with Talent Systems and Technology teams.
  • Solve key talent business questions using analytics, incorporating proactive outreach on trends and external benchmarking.
  • Explore and implement new approaches to address data or technical challenges independently or as part of a team.
  • Describe analysis and insights to HR and business stakeholders, recommending process or system improvements.
  • Peer review SQL code/reporting and perform data validation for analytic purposes.
  • Ensure delivered products are audience-appropriate, adhere to HR data-sharing standards, and accurately meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years using data transformation tools such as Alteryx and SQL to query large datasets.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience solutioning, preparing, and visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders using Power BI (report creation, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
  • Experience using RStudio or Python for automation, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; a strong team player.
  • Understanding of core Human Resources functions, workforce management processes, and related data.
  • Experience with HR-related systems: Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience defining, structuring, and documenting data.
  • Experience with process documentation.
