About the role

Assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals in order to achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets. Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships. Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences. Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads, and develop lists of potential candidates. Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Pay

Salary range: $59,141.49 - $82,439.60 per year
