Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative window coverings solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to product safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
