Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play an integral part in attracting, identifying, and hiring exceptional talent. With candidate experience at the forefront, this role will manage the candidate process from sourcing to interview scheduling to offer.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Perform thorough intake meetings and develop a deep understanding of the aligned business group as well as the overall company.
- Continuously network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies to engage with passive candidates and build candidate pipelines for technical and niche skillsets.
- Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders.
- Use a range of sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Provide status updates to hiring managers and provide internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets.
- Manage applicant and candidate activity using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in campus recruitment and outreach events as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Sourcing experience with a focus on specialist roles demanding specific backgrounds, technical expertise, and experience.
- Training and understanding of recruiting processes, interviewing skills, and candidate lifecycle.
- Experience in sourcing using social media tools and recruiting platforms with aptitude and desire to learn new tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of all regulatory requirements related to recruiting and hiring.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and trust.
- Proficient with MS Office and web-based recruiting tools.
- Applicant tracking system proficiency (UKG Ready a plus).
- Experience recruiting within the Construction industry preferred.
