Talent Acquisition Specialist | Temporary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to build recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines
• Full lifecycle recruiting for a broad range of positions within the professional services arena including: identifying talent, first-tier screening, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, and managing interview, offer, and onboarding process
• Collaborate with other recruiting team members for best talent acquisition strategies
• Aid with human resources-related projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years recruiting / talent acquisition experience
• Familiarity with HR Databases, ATS, and CMS, and experience with online search resources
• Experience in building recruiting processes a plus
• Outstanding logistic and coordinating skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

$25-$35/hr

Schedule

6-month temporary role, with strong potential to become a permanent position, and is available immediately.
