- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
- Identify job fairs and other recruitment events to develop staffing plans for assigned areas of focus.
- Manage budget for recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
