About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II supports multiple lines of business and a variety of role levels, including high-volume, professional, and tech roles. Responsibilities span full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview management, job-offer creation, market analysis, compliance, and candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling job marketing campaigns and leverage social media, digital platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit and suitability.
- Perform market analysis to identify talent pools and ensure compliance with regulatory employment information.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, continuously sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
- Create job offers (15% of role) and support hiring managers in negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain candidate relationships through proactive communication, personalized outreach, and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams to manage expectations and provide support.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
- Support team initiatives and projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate quality.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or related HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software applications.
- Recruitment or HR certifications preferred.
