Talent Acquisition Specialist II

About the Role
Performs full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions by partnering with hiring leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire talent. Leverages data, market intelligence, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and diverse talent pipelines to drive compliant, efficient hiring outcomes that support workforce growth and position Pathward as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Perform the full recruiting cycle from intake through onboarding for all jobs and levels across the corporation, including Technology/IT, Banking & Payments, Commercial Finance, Risk, and Corporate functions.
- Ensure hiring meets forecast and service-level expectations across multiple business lines and geographies while adhering to applicable governmental regulations.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and help identify, pilot, and create new AI tools and workflows to increase speed, quality, and reach while championing responsible, bias-aware adoption.
- Build and maintain strong, proactive candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles, including hard-to-fill IT and specialized financial services positions.
- Utilize a skills-based recruiting approach that evaluates candidates on demonstrated skills and competencies.
- Partner with the People & Culture Business Talent Coach and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and build competency-based selection and behavioral-interview processes.
- Source, screen, and interview applicants, tailoring approach to each function's talent market, and maintain continuous candidate engagement through start date and onboarding.
- Develop and negotiate offers in line with approved guidelines and finalize start dates with candidates.
- Support employment branding, including advertising, college recruiting, job fairs, and career programs, representing Pathward at on- and off-campus events (may include travel).
- Train hiring managers on talent acquisition tools and interviewing techniques and provide market/hiring-trend insights.
- Travel 1-2 times a year for department offsite or summit, with occasional overnight stays.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 – $100,500. Individual pay within the range will be determined by factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
