About the Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission by managing the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple states. This position contributes by attracting and hiring qualified talent, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding handoff
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define position needs
- Collaborate on job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms
- Source candidates using various channels including social media and referrals
- Screens applications and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and prepare necessary guidelines
- Facilitate offer process including compensation recommendations
- Oversee pre-employment screenings and compliance checks
- Ensure smooth candidate transitions into orientation
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate management
- Maintain clear communication with hiring managers regarding recruitment status
- Partner to analyze recruitment trends and improve processes
- Ensure hiring practices comply with organizational and legal standards
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
- Uphold confidentiality standards related to employee and candidate information
- Represent the organization's mission and culture in recruitment
- Support recruitment marketing and candidate experience initiatives
- Identify pipeline development opportunities and assist in TA strategies
- Help develop standardized recruitment tools and interview practices
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven settings
- Experience sourcing and interviewing across multiple job families
- Strong knowledge of hiring compliance and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to the organization’s mission, values, inclusivity, and patient-centered care
- Preferred: experience with multi-state or unionized environments
- Preferred: knowledge of reproductive care roles and competencies
- Preferred: experience with ATS platforms such as Dayforce or similar
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Pay ranges vary based on experience, education, internal equity, location, and budgeted range. For example:
- Washington: $32.25 to $53.75 per hour
- Alaska: $30.64 to $51.08 per hour
- Hawaii: $29.02 to $48.37 per hour
- Idaho/Indiana/Kentucky: $27.41 to $45.68 per hour
Actual starting pay depends on experience, education, internal equity, location, and budgeted range.
