About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and business functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, identify strong candidates, and help deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, market conditions, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit.
- Provide hiring managers with thoughtful candidate summaries, market feedback, and recruiting updates.
- Maintain timely and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting initiatives, reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
- Stay informed on recruiting trends, market conditions, and talent availability within the legal and professional services industries.
Qualifications
- At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Prior experience recruiting within a law firm, legal services, professional services, or corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff, administrative, legal support, or business services roles preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative with team members and hiring stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
