About the role

Vultr is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and help build a high-performance organization. This role is ideal for a driven recruiting professional with experience identifying and attracting high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and refine compelling job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and post job openings across appropriate job boards.
  • Conduct structured interviews and use scorecards to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build a deep understanding of the roles you support, assessing candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment against business needs.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, driving urgency and accountability to move searches efficiently from intake to offer.
  • Serve as a positive brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building strong relationships.
  • Partner with the broader People team to support additional initiatives and ensure balanced team execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally in technical and/or high-growth environments.
  • Experience conducting various interview types, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with selection tools such as video interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Pay

$55,000 - $75,000 Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
