As a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Recruit for Open Positions – Lead the recruitment process from start to finish. Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, assess future hiring needs, and ensure new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Source Candidates – Use a variety of modern sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including social media, databases, and referral networks. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure all sourcing activity is accurately tracked in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide HR Project & Administration Support – Assist with research, reporting, and implementation of HR-related projects. Attend meetings, provide status updates, help ensure completion of background checks, licensure verifications, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Aid Employees as Needed – Provide timely and helpful support to employees across the organization. Help troubleshoot HRIS issues, answer general HR questions, and provide guidance with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
- Two-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Two years of Human Resources experience, preferably with recruitment focus
- Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Initiative, motivation, and follow-through
What You’ll Do
- Pass state mandated background checks
- Perform all essential job functions
- Read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors
