About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading HR technology and service provider serving over 95,000 businesses annually with a portfolio that includes HR/HCM technology, managed services, and BPO. This position is within a dynamic, global company looking to expand its talent acquisition team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Actively cold call potential candidates to increase the pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Keep candidates informed of the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies and processes.
  • Represent the company at community and recruiting events.
  • Notify non-selected candidates and provide support to hiring managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
