About the role
Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading HR technology and service provider serving over 95,000 businesses annually with a portfolio that includes HR/HCM technology, managed services, and BPO. This position is within a dynamic, global company looking to expand its talent acquisition team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Actively cold call potential candidates to increase the pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support.
- Keep candidates informed of the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies and processes.
- Represent the company at community and recruiting events.
- Notify non-selected candidates and provide support to hiring managers.
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
