Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate business support team. This role is crucial for the daily oversight and management of the candidate experience for our administrative hiring across our five markets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for our administrative roles.
• Build a pipeline of talent.
• Advocate and support for candidates throughout their life cycle.
• Analyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify candidate needs.
• Become an expert in the competitive landscape of assigned regions.
• Maintain candidate workflows.
• Conduct screening interviews of qualified candidates and coordinate any subsequent interviews.
• Extend and coordinate offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on recruiting administrative professionals.
• Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
