About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor role within the People Experience Team (PXT) at Customers Bank. This position is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide full life cycle recruitment in a highly regulated, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles
  • Deliver high-quality hires in competitive, niche talent markets
  • Build deep pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles
  • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into hiring strategies and plans
  • Identify talent gaps and build forward-looking pipeline strategies
  • Contribute to resource planning, hiring forecasts, and related process frameworks
  • Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation, and competitive dynamics
  • Push back when needed to drive better hiring decisions, not just faster ones
  • Own and evolve recruiting metrics (quality of hire, time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes
  • Build dashboards and insights to inform executive decision-making
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows
  • Leverage AI and data to improve sourcing precision, speed, and candidate quality
  • Establish best practices for ethical, compliant, and effective AI usage in hiring

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth, complex environments
  • Proven success hiring technical and specialized talent, at all levels
  • Advanced sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
  • Experience influencing stakeholders, at all levels, and driving alignment
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
