About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor role within the People Experience Team (PXT) at Customers Bank. This position is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide full life cycle recruitment in a highly regulated, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles
- Deliver high-quality hires in competitive, niche talent markets
- Build deep pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into hiring strategies and plans
- Identify talent gaps and build forward-looking pipeline strategies
- Contribute to resource planning, hiring forecasts, and related process frameworks
- Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation, and competitive dynamics
- Push back when needed to drive better hiring decisions, not just faster ones
- Own and evolve recruiting metrics (quality of hire, time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes
- Build dashboards and insights to inform executive decision-making
- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows
- Leverage AI and data to improve sourcing precision, speed, and candidate quality
- Establish best practices for ethical, compliant, and effective AI usage in hiring
Requirements
- 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth, complex environments
- Proven success hiring technical and specialized talent, at all levels
- Advanced sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
- Experience influencing stakeholders, at all levels, and driving alignment
- Experience with modern ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
