Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
- Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
- Screens candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
- Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
- Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
- Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED, required
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field (two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience)
