Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
  • Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
  • Screens candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
  • Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
  • Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED, required
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field (two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience)
